A huge thank you to Marta e Riccardo for everything they have done for us on the house in Lama - we could not believe how smoothly and efficiently everything went and we appreciate that this is all down to the superb very personal service they have provided. Buying a house and making all the arrangements for the community taxes, utility companies, insurance etc should be a nightmare- they made it all so easy by doing it all for us or with us- even paying our utility bills!It did not stop at the house purchase and they helped us with the pool by putting us in touch with an excellent geometra and within 3 months we had a pool installed including all the permissions.We now like to look on Marta and Ricardo as friends- how many estate agents can you say that about??
