DESCRIZIONE:
Having holidayed in mainly the Chianti Area of Tuscany for a number of years, we were unaware of this seemingly undiscovered region of Eastern Tuscany and the Tiber Valley.
Owning a property in this beautiful region seemed impossibility until we met Marta and Riccardo Romolini.
We had looked in to purchasing an Italian property but feared that we would face a lot of legal and language difficulties. However within a few hours of our first meeting with the Romolinis, all of our fears had been allayed. Indeed within a few days we had chosen our property, opened an Italian bank account and were well on the way to fulfilling our dream.
Marta and Riccardo are local people with a genuine passion for the area in which they live and a genuine interest in their clients in a professional and personal level.
I can’t imagine any other estate agent who would help you find wood for a log fire and help you move into your new home on a cold and snowy new year’s eve.
