"I met Riccardo and Marta Romolini at the beginning of this year when I was
looking for a property to purchase in Tuscany. My specification was close
to airport and good bus and train links as I didn't want to drive
everywhere. They came up with a house in Sansepolcro which fitted that
specification exactly. Having seen me through the various stages of
purchase they are now helping me with the architect and later with the
builders while I renovate/restore the property. Once finished I know it
will be as far as possible back to a traditional building. Riccardo is very
serious about bringing properties back to their original state which is very
encouraging. Once finished I know I will have a property for holiday lets
as well as a property I will be happy to live in. Riccardo and Marta know
what they are talking about - and in English!! I can't thank them enough
for all the help and assistance they have given me and I wish them both the
very best for the future. "
