DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS

On the ground floor are three small independent apartments for the guests (rented mainly during summer) while on the upper floor is the owner’s house. USE AND POTENTIAL USES


The property is currently used both as a private house by the owners and as a small accommodation business (B&B), renting the three bedrooms on the ground floor and the breakfast room. It is worth noting, however, that the floors of the country house are all connected by stairs and it would be very easy con convert the building back into just a private home if one is not interested in carrying on with the rental business.
