DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDINGS


The main farmhouse (410 sqm – 4,412 sqft) is ample and laid out onto three floors (4 rooms in the basement, 9 on the ground floor and 9 on the first floor). The basement offers up to 4 rooms to be used as warehouses, storage rooms and tool sheds, while the upper floors have enough rooms for a private residence and even an Agriturismo.

Reinforcement works have been carried out some 10 years ago.

 

The three annexes, instead, are little more than ruins, without roofs and with walls collapsed in multiple points. This means the use of these buildings is currently impossible and the better way would be demolishing and rebuilding them respecting the original volumes.
