In Veneto, spectacular prosecco wine estate with 126 hectares of land. Currently, there are 97 ha of vineyards, 93 hectares have replanting rights, since it is allowed to plant new vineyards as long as the redundant vineyards are grubbed up before the production starts. The company has filed a request to grub the redundant 4 ha up, which must be carried out within 2018. In 2016 there has been 14 ha of arable land.
The property is a few km from the sea and the border to Friuli-Venezia Giulia and is located in an area known for the production of Lison-Pramaggiore DOC wines. In this zone, characterized by a temperate climate and a calcareous-clayey soil, the Romans began to cultivate grapevine in 300 BC.
Venezia-Marco Polo airport is 40 minutes away, Verona-Catullo airport and Bologna-Marconi airport are less than two hours’ drive away.
The property is made up of a business centre and other buildings.
The business centre includes a building with offices, tasting room, a meeting room (total surface 560 sqm), the wine cellar (2,300 sqm), the underground cellar, a porch and a parking area.
The “casone vallivo”, a straw building typical of the Adriatic Coast, has a surface of 100 square metres.
The property is completed by a house, a house with annexes, a condemned farmhouse and an agricultural building.
The estate, which has obtained numerous awards, includes 125.92 ha of land, of which 92.92 of vineyard and 18 ha of arable land.
Three-fourths of the vineyards have been newly planted.

The wine vats are in stainless steel and the barriques are being used both for vinification and for wine refinement.
In addition to still wine, Prosecco DOC and sparkling wines are being produced. The process of making sparkling wine does not take place in this winery.
The following sparkling wines are being produced here:
♦ Metodo Classico: Chardonnay 70%, Pinot Bianco 15%, Riesling 15% (1,500 bottles)
♦ Rosé: Merlot 100% (approx. 5,000 bottles)
♦ Spumante Dolce: Malvasia 100% (approx. 3,500 bottles)
For what regards Prosecco DOC, the wine estate includes 10 ha in production, of which 1.25 Ha planted in 2016 and 0,5 ha planted in 2016 but not currently allowed to be used to produce Prosecco, but Glera. However, according to a regional resolution, it should be possible to use them to produce Prosecco DOC starting from December.

The property for sale is currently a wine estate with vineyards and arable land. There is the possibility of increasing the production of wine and Prosecco.
